Porridge originates from Scotland. But it is gaining more and more popularity all over the world and is now appreciated as a healthy meal in many parts of the world. Porridge is an ideal snack and a perfect breakfast to start the day! We make porridge out of passion and like to spice up the classic. Our Colti Porridge is quick and easy to prepare. Ready in just 3 minutes! Mix it with any kind of milk, water or fruit juice for it to taste irresistibly good and to give you lots of fibre for your perfect start into the day!

150-200ml

Mix with milk (from cows, soy, almonds, nuts, hemp or oats), water, orange or multivitamin juice

  • Bring to a boil while stirring

  • allow to thicken over medium heat, stir from time to time

  • let it sit briefly and enjoy.

  • warm up for 1 ½ minutes (600 watt)

  • ready in only 2 minutes .

  • mix porridge in hot water, milk of any kind or juice

  • Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes and stir occasionally.

over night

  • Let the oats soak in the refrigerator for at least 6h. Stir briefly the next morning and enjoy.

  •  If you need more protein, mix with quark or yoghurt.
